3D printing has improved since its invention, people are using 3d printing for different things, but one that I found interesting is that 3d printers are used in hospitals. Yes, and also a company called Aether is working with University College London and Loughborough university in combining 3d printing and nanotechnology to better medical research. What the company is trying to do is to make an ink which will contain nanoparticles into a tool to help people with different needs.
But also, 3d printing is used in hospitals now by doctors making printed pieces of certain body parts like organs before going to surgery, so that they can practice on those pieces and get a better look on what to do and hopefully get a better outcome.
I think that what doctors are doing now with 3d printing is good and helpful for both the doctors and the patients. With 3d printing doctors can feel more secure before going to surgery and patients will like that. I also think that improving 3d printing in medical research is good because it would be good if different tools would be created by 3d printing.
